CommentsI'd Just Like to thank all the individual riders, clubs, traders and sponsors who helped to make Rainy Daze a great success. I hope everyone got home safely. Thanks once again for coming. And also thanks to all the RCHDC members who helped make it my most relaxed rally. The weather tried to beat us but we battled on manfully. Thanks once again to all who helped Barry Dunnett President Rainy City HDC
CommentsHi People, I wonder if you still remember me. My name's Paul and some know me as Jellis or perhaps McHenry. I was a member of Rainy City HOG whilst I was living in Whaley Bridge (1995-7). Yes, I'm the one with the Sportster that was always used by Chris to demonstrate how good the HD cleaning stuff worked. Anyway, I left UK to work in Malaysia on the twin-towers. I never went back. I moved from Malaysia to Thailand in 2000 and now live in Sisaket, in the nort-east. I stumbled across your website, so I thought I'd drop a line to let you know where one of your members finally ended up. I'm still riding - I have a 1991 Softail Custom (extended forks & lots of other nice bits) and I'll try and send you some pics - mebbe one or two would like to come and visit. Anyway, please tell whomever might remember me that I'm contactable on either pmch1340@yahoo.com.hk or phjellis@yahoo.com. Thanks for reading this and having the site to stumble across. Best regards Paul

CommentsHi to all who attended the 105 year celerbration at minehead. I own a caravan there and was lucky enough to be there for that weekend with my 4 children. As we are not biker people when we were told that it was a harley weekend we thought o no. But we were pleasently surprised what a great bunch of people very friendly and lots were willing to let our kids sit on there bikes and have pictures taken It was a shame about the weather but never the less spirts were high and a good turn out for the parade. Also a great firework display.I did notice a lot of rainy city HOGS but at that time i did not know what they were until a guy from the sherwood chapter told me about them i must say me and the family had a great time and it was great to be there at that weekend with lots of great bikers. It made me want to become a harley owner good luck to you all in the future safe riding From Steve & Family | ||
